Osaka Teriyaki and Sushi in Kennewick

I think it’s the best sushi in town. Others have great presentation but this is my go to place!

Ok... the food is delicious but that lady at the register (looks like one of the owners) has the worst customer service in the Tri-Cities. At first I thought she was having a bad day, but the last three times I’ve been there she’s has been rude for absolutely no reason. Osaka, you have lost my business and will definitely be telling everybody.

Tasty, fast service. Just your basic sushi joint with a decent selection of other Oriental/Asian options. I had Mongolian beef, it was very filling. Lots of rice.

Way too expensive for what's delivered. The food was mediocre and service was poor. They should stick too teriyaki only.

The food was exceptional tonight. Had Teriyaki chicken and Sweet and Sour chicken with a side of egg drop soup. Would definitely recommend this place. Very reasonable price as well!

Good place to eat. Got sushi and the food came really fast. Prices were fair and the food tasted good. I will be going back.

Food was great but service sucked. I went there for lunch, and there was only about 5 tables being served. It took forever for me get service. I had to get up and ask for a box and get my bill.

Great food especially during lunch hour. They have good prices on a few combo orders for lunch which is mainly what I go for. Service has always been friendly and they bring out the meal in a prompt manner.

This place was great the staff was very friendly and helpful. They kept my drink full and and made sure that I had everything I needed.The food didn't take too long to come out once ordered and the presentation was great. The rolls were a little bit more than I'm used to paying but theybtasted delicious. I will definitely stop in again if I'm in the area

New ownership? Food tastes different.....waitress tried to charge 45 dollars I informed could not be correct she returned right away with a 23 dollar check...please ensure you are being charged correctly

I got lettuce with my teriyaki chicken. No pineapple no bell pepper lettuce! The flavor of sauce was standard as if from some good store. With teriyaki in the store name I might have expected too much.

I order the General Tao's chicken and it tasted nothing like it. If anything it tasted like orange chicken. My boyfriend order the chicken katsu and it tasted like regular bread chicken with a ton of salt. The gyosa is store bought and flavorless. The only good thing was the portions of food.

I'm pretty critical of restaurants and expect stuff to be right..no excuses. Speed of service was very good. Waitresses can follow up more than once and offer a drink refill as well. My food was warm..not hot. I found the taste good. But, I wouldn't rave about it. Restroom facilities need maintenance attention. My overall experience was good...not poor and not outstanding either.

Best place for teriyaki/sushi food in tricities in my opinion. Totally worth the price. If I could I would eat here everyday

Worst customer service ever I will never buy from here again lady in front was super rude and looked at us like she was angry to even serve us doesn't say anything just stares at you. And you will be charged for everything. Even sauces for sushi even after spending alot of money.

Need to update your menu. If sushi comes with a sauce on it, it needs to be stated on the menu. Ordered a Washington roll and it came with a nasty mayo sauce on it.

Always good food, and quite a variety (Korean, Japanese, and Chinese).
